Customer can provide feedback by QR code scanning, using a Link or Get feedback page from your device.
Feedback and rating statistics is shown to your dashboard. You can see AI categorized customer's comment list, total counts and last rated date etc. You can also see customer list for your business with customer repeat rate, customer mobile number, their visits count, notify setting etc

Dashboard shows quick rating statistics of your business/service feedbacks given by customers. You can view customers comments, Also shows no of feedback taken, last rated at etc. You can filter the average rating shown according to date or feedback collector manager.
When customer entered his detail on feedback page, customer get added to customer list. You can see customer repeat rate, visits count, name and mobile of customers.
