You can also see customer list with repeat rate, total count and AI categorized feedback comments list, which will help you to understand your business growth. You have to just create account, set rating parameters and collect customer feedback using Get feedback page, QR code or Sharing a Link with customers. Just register on this website and set rating parameter like Quality, Price and Service and save it. Now go to Get Feedback page and ask customer to provide rating and comment about the your service/product. And You can see overall average rating on dashboard.

Yes You can cancel your subscription any time so that future subscription payment did not get charge. Go to setting -> my susbcription, click on cancel , thats it. For any query you can mail us at support@customerfeedrate.in

On dahboard. On dashboard there is Total comments row in last , click on View button to see list of comments with good, average and wrost percentage.
