You can cancel your subscription whenever you want, and you will not be charged for the next billing cycle once you cancel; however, you can still use the subscription features within your Feedrate account until the end of your current billing period. To see when your current billing cycle ends, logged-in and go to the menu "Setting->My subscription". Please check billing cycle type at pricing page - Pricing

To cancel your subscription

Please logged-in into your account and go to page by menu setting -> my subscription -> click on cancel button.

The 5-day trial only applies to the yearly plan, not any other subscription options

To receive a full refund, you must cancel your plan before the 5-day trial ends.

If the refund isn't automatically processed, you need to reach out to customer support to request it. or email at support@customerfeedrate.com

Refunds are not offered for monthly subscriptions.
