Feedrate is a software service provider in the field of rapid application development on the Internet.Feedrate has developed a Service, which can be accessed by you on the Internet to collect customer feedback for your company.

(a) Account Registration and Use License: In order to access and use all of the features of the Service, you are required to open an account ("User Account") by registering with Feedrate. When you register for your User Account you must provide accurate, current and complete information ("User Profile"), and you agree to update the Account Information in order to ensure that it is current. Upon proper registration and opening of a User Account, and subject to all of the terms and conditions of these Terms of Service, Feedrate hereby grants to you the personal, non-transferable right and license to use the Service, solely for your own internal business purposes, until such time as either you or Feedrate elect to terminate such right in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

(b) Fees: You can choose any of price plan to use this application.The each price plan including free plan may change after one year of your registration date. Note : The free plan is applicable for one year only.

The information that we collect will be used to contact or identify you and to serve you Feedrate.

We don't use your info for any third-party services. We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it.

We don't use any browser data, cookie etc. We use only infomation entered by you.

We don't store any kind of payment info at Feedrate, all the payment method info such as card number, account is handled via payment gateway provider with all the regularity, security and government norms.
